Brief Job Description:
- Follow customer’ inquiry, communicate with customer directly
- Product sourcing
- Product program development/set up
- Research in the market to provide trend information/market information to support the development needs
- Sourcing factories/mills/suppliers
- Working closely with customers to understand and to answer to customers' needs mainly for US market & covers some for Euro
- Quality control with suppliers & QA people
Candidate Requirement:
- College education background or above
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Min. 3--5 years in home hard goods merchandising esp. on home decoration,
- Good negotiation ability to drive factory for product development and shipment
- Strong customer serving performance proved
