职位描述
Purpose for the Job
1. Develop sales and profitably to increase market share of Pulcra in China textile market.
2. Lead and improve sales team of Pulcra China Textile.
3. Manage sales channels and maintain and expand customer & product portfolio
4. Responsible for accounts receivable.
5. Identify new market trends and customer demands; propose to expand market or profitability upon utilizing available information.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Lead and motivate China textile sales team to deliver its sales turnover and profit.
2. Manage sales organization, set sales target, compensation, incentive programs according to company policies and procedure, as well as coach and evaluate the performance. Optimize the team with updated market requirement.
3. Develop team members for both technical and commercial capability. Recommend and implement training program to achieve above targets.
4. Lead and monitor sales team to propose and manage the price level and leverage prices to balance plant UV and profitability.
5. Responsible for managing and developing distributor network, plan for new customer development, build up relationship with key accounts for retention.
6. Monitor and manage account receivables, avoid overdue AR, bad debt is prohibited-collaborate closely with finance function.
7. Contribute to product portfolio development through marketing information integration and analysis- collaborate closely with technical (R&D) and production function to introduce more profitable products.
8. Collaborate closely with production, logistics and customer service function to ensure adequate product quality and availability, adequate customer service, correct stock levels, and good plant utilization (e.g., via demand forecasts, safety stock level definition, product specifications)
9. Plan and guide marketing promotional events.
10. Temporary assignment allocated by supervisor.
