岗位职责:

1. 根据生产部指令，严格按照产品的生产工艺技术标准组织生产，将零配件装配成产成品，
2. 监督生产进度和产品质量，
3. 对汽车行业的客户进行短期培训，
4. 辅导组内其他成员。


任职要求:

1. 男性，高中以上学历，年龄40周岁以下，技工出身，
2. 5-8年在机械制造行业的工作经验，熟悉机器设备的生产和装配，具有实际操作技能，
3. 带领组内其他成员出色完成生产任务的组织协调能力，
4. 具有与客户良好的沟通和培训能力，
5. 有良好的英语语言能力，
6. 具有团队合作精神。
