主要任务和职责
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. 有能力评估装配工艺目标，建立和完善装配工艺技术
Ability to evaluate assembly technology goal, establish and improve technology
2. 熟悉机械设计的理论和原则
Good knowledge in machine design theory and principle.
3. 有能力设计和改进装配线上工装夹具
Ability in designing and improving jigs on the assembly wires.
4. 车间设备管理，保证设备能满足产能
Manage helping tools and devices, Make sure them adapt to production capacity
5. 有能力评估对装配关键控制点质量要求
Ability in evaluate the quality requirement to key assembly control point
6. 能合理安排生产车间工作流程位置
Arrange work process at the workplace
7. 能解决实际装配工艺问题
Able to solve actual assembly problem
8. 与相关部门有良好的交流和沟通能力
Good communication skills with related technical department
9. 能正确指导车间生产人员达到生产技术要求
Supervise workman to meet technical requirement correctly
10. 有熟练的电脑操作能，能使用CAD软件
Good knowledge in computer operation and CAD software
11. 执行公司分配的其它工作任务
Carry out any other duties assigned by company

Position Specification
1. 教育背景：大学本科，机械专业，并具有6-8年以上相关工作经验
Qualification:degree in mechanical, 6-8 years the related experience
2. 工作经验：具备相关技术工作经历，了解和熟悉生产过程和制造工艺流程
有在机床行业工作的经验为佳
Experience: Related technical work experience, good knowledge in production process and machining process, experience in machine industry
3. 职位要求: 具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力
Essential Attribute: Good ability to analyze and solve problem
具备良好交流和沟通的能力
Good negotiation and facilitation skills
流利的英语读写能力 (德语能力,可选)
