Position Title: Associate Manager of Optimization 数据优化副经理
Department : Audience On Demand
Location: Guangzhou
Description:
The Audience on Demand Associate Manager of Optimization utilize AOD’s market leading technology capabilities to develop, execute, and optimize RTB campaigns:
The ideal candidate must have experience with both digital campaign management and optimization. Prior experience within DSP landscape is a plus.
Most importantly, the candidate must possess a strong inner drive to enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on the Publicis network of agencies.
Responsibilities:
? Work with solution manager, planning and analytics teams to exceed our clients’ campaign goals and objectives.
? Ensure workflow processes are followed for optimal implementation and optimization of the campaign
? Actively monitor all campaigns to ensure they perform as per the advertiser goals and meet the contracted budget on time.
? Identify opportunities to improve performance and delivery of all campaigns
? Identify and resolve campaign delivery/reporting issues as they arise.
? Interpret campaign metrics and identify trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
? 4-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
? 3+ years of optimization, with special emphasis on DSP, SEM, SEO
? 2+ years of experience in digital platform tools preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel, Access, and Powerpoint
? Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
? Data sensitive and quick insight from mass data
