职位职能: 行政专员/助理
职位描述:

岗位职责
1、负责公司日常行政管理的运作（包括订机票，酒店、邮件和固定的供给等等）；
2、负责各类会务的安排工作；
3、协助客户经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
4、负责全公司内勤系统、企业文化，规章制度的建设；
5、负责保障公司的各种后勤服务工作，包括考勤、保洁、办公设施、固定资产、接待活动等；
6、居住证、公司各类等证件办理管理
7、公司日常行政管理的运作，及上级领导安排的其它事宜。
8、能运用英语接听电话和发邮件。



任职资格
1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
6、形象气质佳，女性。
