我们是一家充满创意和活动的美资企业，主要的业务是申请美国顶尖大学，提供充满人文气息的活动，开展安排个性化的活动。
我们现在急需一名全职counselor, 分别在上海和深圳工作。

Job Description:
1. Provide USA University Application info and advice for clients, introduce CYPA education system to potential students and parents;
2. Guide parents and students through the process of enrolling at CYPA, including application and payment.
3. Manage and guide students in applying to US universities: hold lectures about application system, answer questions, track the process of application, compose recommendation letters, etc;
4. Manage the relationship with parents during the college application period, providing info about deposits and application process and helping to guide them through this stressful time;
5. Assist and support the function of marketing and PR, for example, making Marketing presentations.
6. Maintain good communication with parents, answering questions regarding students' applications and academics, organizing Quarterly Parents Meeting, and helping parents with emergencies.
7. Research third-party education products/programs that we can form liaisons with, and also develop and lead CYPA's original programs for students.
8. (Optional) Lead student service trips to places like Yunnan Tibetan Assist-Teach and Research, Thailand Elephant research, and more.
9. Potential families' information recording, and new ideas implementation.

Requirements:
1. Skilled in both oral and written English language, love to communicate with foreign teachers;
2. Bachelor degree at least;
3. Task-oriented, responsbile, and care about students;
4. A team player, able to COMMUNICATE
5. Have passion for creative education
