1、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系,利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘信息;
2、与各部门进行有效的沟通获取准确的招聘需求;
3、对应聘人员进行初试,提供面试候选人,对招聘人进行总结和分析,确保招聘工作顺利进行;
4、做好员工关系管理工作,员工入职、离职、转正手续的办理、员工活动的组织等;
5、协助开展新进员工培训工作;
6、完成上级交办的其他工作等。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,人力资源相关专业;
2、能够熟练运用OFFICE软件系统,沟通能力强;
3、工作积极主动,较强的抗压能力及团队合作能力;
4、有金融,保险工作经验优先考虑。
