职位描述
Duties:
- Conduct performance audits on QC associates in China
- Conduct audit-in-progress & final inspection on purchase orders according to Quality Final inspection schedule or Quality Manager assignment
- Perform inspection professionally by following the required standard
- Review and verity factory products comparing with order and approval sample Ensure all sample conform to wash testing standards and maintain proper test results for each test as directed by the Quality Manager
- Provide technical support to suppliers or detail on consistent failures through the Quality Manager
- Support the Quality Manager with helping suppliers overcome quality issues striving for continuous improvement Maintain performance records and audit result
- Report the inspection findings (English inspection report) in an accurate and timely manner
- Report any irregularities discovered in course of audit activities to the team leader or the appropriate personnel
- Ensure all identified tasks / work streams are completed accurately and against the identified timeframes
- Present proper working ethics at all time to maintain company’s image
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience working as a PA at a senior level in a large organisation
- At least 5 years working experience with mature, Professional in handling Quality Assurance inspection and reports
- A good team player
- Working experience in famous multi-national company preferred
- Above average English and computer skills
- Willing to travel and work under pressure
- Have solid quality assurance knowledge and experience
