职位描述
Principal Responsibilities and Duties：
-Be responsible for China CAMs and Tier 1 customer market
-Achieve the sales revenue and EBIT according to company commercial policy
-Create the business opportunity and get the RFQ opportunity
-Enlarge the market share
-Building brand imagination during marketing activity
-Investigate the customer target price and consult with technical center to work out best solution for customers
-Investigate competitors’ market price level and support sales team to work out effective market strategy
-Commercial negotiation with customer ( The quantity of security , and price , payment condition and so on )
-Coordinate or support quality department if there is quality claim
-Organize and coordinate the customer plant audit
-Organize or participate the regular project overview meeting
-Submit market report monthly to superior
-Work close together with headquarter colleagues to develop the business
-On-site technical consulting with local OEM’s engineering team to propose new RFQ;
-To support Harness maker and 1st Tier engineering team to make solution and nomination letter.
-Support GM or sales manager if necessary.
Skills：
-Bachelor degree or above bachelor degree ( Top 10 university education background preferred )
-Automotive connector & harness Engineering background
-Good technical engineer background, know how to design customized automotive connector solution;
-3~5 years working experience in automotive industry
-Well know China automotive industry ( big network preferred )
-Well know APQP process and project management process
-Well know China OEMs supplier management system
-Have good technical background and be good at commercial negotiation
-Willing to be successful with company
-Very good English language written and spoken.
