2.Be responsible for Admin implementation, include office surrounding keeping, safety , green, cleaning workers daily management and others admin issue, make sure to complete the task on time ;

负责管理行政实施工作，保持办公环境一致、安全、绿化以及清洁工人的日常管理和其他管理问题，确保按时完成任务;

3.Be responsible for training implementation ,include training vendor development , training course deliver , training coordinate ;

负责培训的实施工作，包括培训供应商的发展，提供培训课程，培训协调;

4.Be responsible for employee relationship, communication and recruitment portion;

负责员工关系，沟通以及招聘的部分工作;

5.work with other HR peers to complete Performance appraisal ;

与其他人力资源同事合作完成绩效考核;

6.Report the HR issue or potential HR issue to HR Manager with professional advice ;

向人事经理汇报工作,提供专业的建议;

7. Be responsible for HR special project;

负责HR特殊的项目；
8. Finish HR related report with high quality and accuracy.

高质量完成HR相关的工作报告；

Education and skill requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, major in human resource or admin. Management or related;

本科毕业及以上，人力资源管理或者行政管理相关背景毕业；

2.At least 5 years working experience as HR Supervisor in international company, can present HR image professionally;
至少在跨国公司工作5年以上，能专业处理HR事项；

3.Be familiar with HR all functions, staffing experience will be preferred;

熟悉人力资源管理所有模块，有相关员工关系处理方面经验者为佳；

4.Male if preferred;
