The recruiting company is small business with experience in print, design and media. The clients are a range of both western (English) and local Chinese companies so this is a multi-language environment. A relaxed environment to work, however good presentation is vital for client relationships. The company has a distinct stratagy for the next 6-12 months for growth. The client relationships will provide regular supply of design work, which is supplemented with the companies own design publications (magazines/Enews) that require careful research and development, before distribution to other creative individuals in Beijing, Shanghai and further into China.
Individuals who apply for these positions should value their creativity ability and own individual skill in using technology for design and creative purpose. They should be focused in mixing that creativity to make an excellent business product.
