职位描述

Job Purpose: A successful associate merchandiser is a candidate who works with the team in managing the client with a view to achieve Company’s growth & objectives. He ensures that day to day operations of the accounts are coordinated effectively.

- Negotiation and interpersonal skills

Key Accountabilities:

? Development process coordination
Sample assessment and dispatch
Maintain and update sample tracker
Costing analysis and product negotiation
Update and share comments with vendor and client
Analyse and review comments/callouts with team

? Production Process coordination
Purchase order generation and management (EDI/MIS/COP/SupplierConnect)
Time&Action maintenance and review
Plan and coordinate Pre Production meetings
Maintain and update production tracker
ESF creation and maintenance
Sealer sample coordination with vendor and client
Testing sample coordination
Review and escalation of exceptions with team and client
Post shipment followup

? Business Development
Active participation in vendor research and analysis
Work with factories on new product development and innovation

? Client Visit Preparation
Analyse trip requirement with team
Coordinate and prepare client files
Coordinate for product displays
Prepare minutes of meeting

? Communication
Effective client communication
Effective vendor communication
Inter and intra department coordination

? To perform additional merchandising duties as necessary to meet Connor requirements.
