Job Title: Asst. Bills & Settlement Officer
Division / Department: Operations / Bills and Settlement
Reports to: Bills and Settlement Manager
Position Summary: Assistant in the supervision and control of the clerical work done by settlement clerk for CNY payment and BAD business, take the position of treasure back office.
Key responsibilities
1. Advising export L/C to beneficiary.
2. Checking export/import documents according to L/C terms
3. Issue import LC
4. Input or verify the information in AML-LEAD system.
5. Handling the Foreign Currency payment.
6. Handling the CNY payment.
7. Process the BOP declaration.
8. Prepares periodic regulatory reports required by CBRC, PBOC and SAFE.
9. Department filing and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
10. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements (experience, academic, etc):
Colleague graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in Bills or settlement, basic knowledge of UCP 600.
