岗位职责：

1、在总经理领导下负责公司的全面工作，做好总经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用；
2、负责总经理的日常行程安排、来访的接待、商务随行、协助安排外出行程、参与商务宴请等；
3、做好总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作；
4、收集和挖掘客户需求，进行需求分析，并撰写分析报告；
5、分析市场及销售数据，制定产品销售策略、销售目标；
6、收集市场反馈信息，分析客户行为及需求，提出合理化的产品研发建议，推动及协调产品的研发；
7、完成领导安排的其它工作；

任职资格：

***1、大四在读生或应届毕业生，英语6级及以上；
***2、英语口语好，英语听、说、读、写能力强；

3、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，（中英文）书面及口头表达能力优秀；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，执行力强，公文写作功底扎实；
5、正直诚实的品德、机智稳重的处事风格、优秀的统筹、分析、综合、归纳能力；
6、高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，可以很快进入角色发挥自身价值；
