Responsibilities岗位职责
1.Administration Strategy Implementation 执行总体计划
Implements general affairs, security control strategy and plan
执行行政主管制定的行政、总务及安全管理工作发展规划和计划
2.Internal Communication内部沟通
Implements and assists admin manager in company administration work and internal daily operation
执行日常事务性工作并协助主管处理部门内部事务工作
Assists management in property, administration, security control and provides timely administration services to other departments
协助主管进行财产、内务、安全管理，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务
Provides assistance in legal affairs of the company
协助承办公司相关法律事务
Be responsible for the communication fee, mail fee and the cost control
负责公司通信和信函等费用管理及成本控制
3.Public Facility Maintenance公用设施
Manages public facilities and office equipments, makes plan and monitors the implementation of checking and maintenance regularly
负责公司公用设施及办公设备管理工作，制定定期检查和保养维修计划并监督执行
Manage the public equipment, responsible for daily check and ensure the regular use
负责公用工程管理，每天对公用工程进行巡查，确保公用工程正常运转
Maintain the office facilities as projector, conference call machine, camera, loud-speaker and remote mouse, ensure the work condition
投影仪、电话会议、相机、无线扩音机、摇控鼠标等公用设备的借用管理及维护，确保各部门正常使用
Daily inspection of meeting room, and relevant appliance
负责各个会议室每日巡查，确保会议用品、用具的正常使用
Be responsible for the maintenance of required corporate image
负责公司形象维护
4.Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Administration competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高行政部门的竞争力和客户满意度
