POSITION: Logistics Specialist

职位： 物流专员

REPORT TO: Logistics Engineer

汇报：物流工程师

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

主要目标：

Sending &receiving of materials and management documents。 Supporting of logistics engineers to complete the related work.

物料的收发及文件的管理，支持物流工程师完成相关工作。

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

主要职责

1、仓库进出物料帐务及文件的管理；Manage incoming and delivery the material goods with document &system

2、文件档案的管理，日常单据及相关数据的核对；Manage the documents and daily checking

3、月季度报表的编制与上报；Monthly report

4、相关部门信息的接收与传递；Transform the information with other department

5、完成上级交办的其它工作。 Finished tasks by superior

REQUIREMENTS:

要求：

1、 了解进出口报关的相关知识 Knowledge to understand the import &export

2、 了解仓库操作管理流程，具备一定仓储运输知识；Understanding of the warehouse operation process

3、 熟练使用办公自动化软件，有一定的英语基础，懂ERP物料系统；Skill use of Excel and word software ,ERP system ,English .

4、 有良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，细致认真，能吃苦耐劳。Good team spirit ,proactive ,hard working
