Job responisbility:
1)Work on product inquiries assigned and reply to salesperson on time
2)Offer reliable source with best price and quality for assigned items
3)Send offer sheet and specification sheet to salesperson
4)Development of new product with mfg, university and institute of research.
5)Receiving feedback from salesperson and communicate with mfg
6)Make sample memo per sample inquiry and send the memo to BJ sample desk
7)Inform sample leaving date to salesperson and following up sample shipment schedule with the mfg
8)Check with mfg and to complete POC
9)Receiving PO from Charlotte office and send the PO to vendor
10)Working together with Logistic Department and make sure sourcing job completed for PO shipment until goods put on vessel
11)Check SVL and do on site SVL for new products
12)Do overview report of mfg by telephone and fax
13)Do evaluation report after visiting a mfg on site
14)Make sourcing planning and mfg visit planning monthly, quarterly and annually; make sure visit at least 4 mfg per month.
15)Make schedule and topics prior to visit and get supervisor’s approval.
16)Do trip report and get supervisor’s approval.
17)Do inquiry daily entry for assigned items monthly.
