岗位要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历；

2、高档办公楼、商业物业经理职位从业经验5年以上；

3、持有物业经理人证书或物业管理师证书；

4、具备丰富的物业管理专业知识，熟悉现代化物业，熟悉物业管理的法律法规，运作模式和作业流程；

5、有较强的组织能力、沟通协调能力、分析解决问题能力；

6、具备建立项目各部门（条线）岗位责任、绩效考核制度和人员激励、团队建设能力；

7、工作责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力；

8、熟悉Office操作系统；

9、英语说写能力良好者优先考虑。

工作描述：

1、全面负责各项目物业管理的相关工作，负责指导、监督各项目物业经理在政策法规和公司制度上的执行情况；

2、指导物业经理工作，下达管理任务，召集各物业经理参加会议、汇报工作；

3、检查、收取、审阅各项目各类报告；

4、检查年度、月度工作计划和预算执行情况，对物业管理现场进行培训；

5、指导新/老项目物业交接工作；

6、与相关政府部门建立良好的关系；

7、配合接洽物业管理新项目
