ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect & review Cash Reimbursement (Petty cash & EFT)
- Collect, sort & review VAT Invoice
- Review and follow up with Inv. and PO(including check & Print Authorization Status)
- Expense Report, AP invoice & AP Payment process in Oracle
- Fill out Foreign Currency Payment Requisition Sheet
- Provide ISCA & Oldham purchase invoices to Kingdee bookkeeping
- AP aging Report
- Collect & review Singapore and India Expense Reimbursement
- Expense Report, AP invoice & AP Payment process in Oracle(including Review PO)
- Filing accounting documents, contract etc.
- Arrange wire payment for China (to ISCA & Oldham)
- Arrange wire payment
- Order office supplies for finance team
- misc. treasury activities
- Other tasks assigned by Finance Controller

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED：
- Accounting education or solid Accounting & Tax knowledge
- CET-4 or above English skills
- College and above education required
