职位描述

Responsibility


The job duties of this position is to manage our Asia Pacific business by doing the followings and report to Account Manager:




· To process orders that comes in via web, fax or email. Ensuring that the notes on Sage systems are updated with any relevant information relating to the order


· To provide the customer with an order confirmation and/or generic business unit email for each order placed


· To liaise with the stock controller when large orders are placed, to ensure stock is replenished and kept at suitable levels.


· Liaise with customers on out of stock items, advising on due dates and switch sell a replacement where possible.


· Liaise with customers on missing or delayed goods and deliveries. Tracking deliveries in the event of any problems and obtaining proof of deliveries where needed.


· Liaise with the warehouse on any urgent deliveries including exports and keeping the customer aware of costs.


· First pick up on the phone for a number of corporate programmes, dealing with initial enquiry and liaising with Account Executive where necessary.


· Deal with customer enquiries and queries quickly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer service


· Take responsibility for customer queries, complaints and collections when needed.


· Deal with customer returns notes from the warehouse and investigate why goods have been returned. Ensure they are logged on the company’s complaints database and raise credits where necessary


· Process orders for corporate programme where relevant and liaise with the supplier on prices and lead times


· To assist the finance department by working closely with the client to ensure the smooth running of invoicing and credit control.


· General filing and admin duties


· As part of this role, you will at times be required to provide assistance on ad hoc projects as and when required.


Requirements




· University graduated with 2+ years working experience in MNC.


· Strong negotiating skills, well organizing and good forward planning


· Working experience in promotional fields is preferable.


· Able to work independently but also a keen team player, self-motivated with result-oriented mindset


· Excellent command of spoken and written English


· PC skills, good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system


· Willing & Able to work under pressure
