职位描述
1.Communicates with client regularly to obtain updates on client's business (depending on client level).
2.Coordinates with client to confirm project "go-ahead" (depending on client level).
3.Conducts Communications-related client meetings (depends on client level).
4.Conducts PPM and internal and external reviews of work.
5.Understands client's communications measurement tools and participates actively in discussions about results.
6. Partners with client to develop marketing strategies and agency briefs.
7.Presents new ideas and innovative approaches to solving client business issues.
8.Acts as a client resource for information.
9.Determines alternative methods of meeting project deadlines / goals.
10.Creates production estimates and review with client to obtain approval.
11.Develops individual project plans and timelines.
12.Agency Contribution Gathers information on industry or market trends.
13. Partner with Planner in creative brief development.
14. Responds to requests or questions from Creative team throughout the creative process.
15.Ensures Creatives have clear expectations on timing and effectively manages creative process.
16.Ensure other Publicis agencies (e.g. Starcom, Arc) are informed of client strategies and marketing activities.
17. Oversees logistics, timing and budget issues associated with creative development.
18.Participates in plan to achieve account's and agency's vision.
19.Guides career development for BE/BM and creates opportunities for individuals to develop.
20.Steps in on day-to-day tasks as needed based on BE/BM workload and experience.
21.Creates a positive agency / team culture.
