Key Responsibilities:
The functions and duties of the position involve:
-Bringing a strong level and approach of strategic input to our client's brands
-Developing trusted partnerships with clients through solving business and marketing problems
-Developing a deep understanding of the challenge or opportunity and devising the best solution to achieve goals
-Developing consumer knowledge in conjunction with research resources.
-Managing primary and secondary research requirements, consumer and category studies for new business initiatives.
-Managing strategic research projects on behalf of clients
-Working closely with creative to drive strategic and creative excellence and partnering with the creative teams in the development of ideas
-Working closely with account management to develop and sell relevant and meaningful strategies that drive ideas.
-Ability to speak to and orchestrate multiple disciplines to drive cross-board strategy including ATL, BTL, social, digital, direct CRM, Media and touch points planning.

Experience/Skills:
-7+ years in marketing communications or creative agency experience with 5 years minimum in strategic planning at Mainland China.
-Brand Planning experience as a must. Experiences of touch points strategy planning in any specific discipline is a plus.
-Auto experience or consumer healthcare / FMCG experiences are preferable.
-Affluent English and Mandarin
