Job Description
1.Daily supervision on outsourced cleaning ladies and security guards.
2.Secretary duties for Account Team
3.Flights and hotel booking with travel agency and trip requisition form management
4.Stock control for all stationeries
5.Stock control for medical kit
6.Coordinate with Studio for the name cards printing
7.Coordinate with HR&IT for new staff on-board preparation
8.Coordinate with suppliers & vendors for the maintenance of all office equipment and machineries
9.Coordinate with the cleaning company for monthly pest control and quarterly carpet cleaning
10.Recycling project on paper / toner / battery
11.Managing office alarm system record and staff ID card
12.Coordinate with building property management office and furniture company on all office repair and fixing works for furniture / cabinets / tables / doors / lights / toilets etc.
13.Keeping and control duping of whole office master keys (including office doors / cabinets / pedestal etc.)
14.Assist for Happy Hour and other company event organization
15.Verification of GS invoices and payment vouchers
16.Reception duties back-up
17.Assist Admin Manager for renovation & relocation projects
18.Assist Admin Manager for the regular update of floor plan, seating plan, evacuation map, etc.
19.Assist Admin Manager for the update of Admin Informative Manual
Job Requirements
Have college degree and above.
1.At Least 2 years admin experiences.
2.Secretary experience is preferred
3.Strong communication skills and team work spirit, customer service sense oriented.
4. Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
