Reports To: China TPI Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Support company operations by liaising among clients and both in-house and contract professional inspection staff and manufacturers;
Duties:
? Maintain job assignment in an organized fashion.
? Collects and reconciles timesheets, reports, invoices from inspectors / field staff.
? Organizing, Controlling and Storing relevant job specific correspondence.
? Reviewing and approving inspection documentation including inspection reports, non conformance reports, and release notices.
? assigning and monitoring inspection assignments;
? Provide historical reference by following procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records;
? Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning inspectors; following up on work results;
? Under direction of supervisor, builds and maintains inspection staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training inspectors;
? Keep supervisor informed by summarizing job information;
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/ Qualifications:
? Bachlor's Degree in Science, Administration, business preferred;
? Previous experience in Manufacturing and or Third party Inspection Services preferred;
? Good English ability, both written and verbal;
? Multi-task management ability;
? Well-organized, logical thoughts, ability to accomplish jobs in a timely manner;
? Result driven, self-motivated.
