Job Purpose:
Support all company office operations
Duties:
? Preparing the middle of month operations and sales report forecast for remainder of month
? Preparing the end of month operations and sales report
? Preparing pro-forma invoices for all clients.
? Invoicing support
? Travel, Tickets/ hotel booking for our field and office personnel
? Office supplies, stationery and other office accessories purchasing
? Organizing files
? Car rental management
? Reviewing expense reports and reimbursement handling
? Major sales exhibitions event support
? Other duties as required to support coordinators, office manager and coordinators
Skills/ Qualifications:
? Bachlor's Degree in Science, Administration, business preferred;
? Previous experience in Manufacturing and or Third party Inspection Services preferred;
? Good English ability, both written and verbal;
? Multi-task management ability;
? Well-organized, logical thoughts, ability to accomplish jobs in a timely manner;
? Result driven, self-motivated.
