岗位职责描述(Job description)：
1. Prepare the regular financial reporting package in line with guidelines and policies and provide the management with in-depth analysis
2. Make strategic planning, realistic budget and reliable forecast with professional advice
3. Implement internal control system and make further process improvement to meet the requirements in a effective and efficient way
4. Develop controlling system to track and monitor the operational activities for project controlling/production controlling and productivity measures
5. As business partner to provide professional support for all the other performance controlling and operational controlling related activities

岗位要求(Requirement)：
1. Bachelor degree in finance / economics or higher
2. At least 3 years working experience in Controlling in an international company
3. Familiar with SAP ERP system (esp. FI/CO module)
4. Good analytical skills
5. Familiar with MS office esp. Excel
6. Very good English skills (read, write, talk, listen), additional languages can be a plus
7. Ability to work in a team as well as beeing proactive
8. Basic knowledge in Finance (PRC GAAP and IFRS with POC)
9. Preferrable with experience in project controlling
