职位描述
Responsibility：
1. Using in depth analysis to develop SEM marketing plan, monitor and optimize campaigns performance
2. keep close communication with the agents , to ensure the project moves smoothly
3. Brief each month traffic and revenue target goals, and along with the search engine agents meet the KPI
4. Communicate with the agents timely about sephora website campaigns and set with the corresponding marketing strategy
5. Responsible for the communication and coordination with various departments, to ensure that the overall material preparation is completed on time
6. Making related data analysis reports regularly and summarize the optimization solutions
7. Understand online marketing knowledge, SEM,website union,network ads etc.
Requirements：
1. College graduate+
2. 2+ year working experience in search/digital
3. Cosmetic,E-commerce, FMCG industry experience is preferred
4. Familiar with SEM , SEO, DSP and other online marketing methods
5. Strong data processing and analysis ability, accurate analysis and study on the SEM advertising under various conditions
6. Excellent excel and PPT skills; Good presentation skill
7. Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
8. Well communication and writing skills in English
