Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to studio for desktop, laptop, telephone, mobile devices, A/V system and vidconf
- Install, manage and support operating systems and client software, including Windows, OSX, Office 365, Perforce, Autodesk, Adobe Photoshop, Visual Studio, game development software, etc.
- Manage Active Directory
- Install and configure Cisco IP phones, AV devices, Cisco video conferencing, game consoles, and other hardware
- Performs basic hardware diagnostics, routine moves, adds and changes
- Provide basic support for VMWare ESXi, Windows server, Linux, storage, and server end software, including Perforce, Jira, SCCM, DNS, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. When necessary, escalate and track issues until it’s resolved
- Manage IT procurement
- Maintain and enforce IT policies (Security, Software and Hardware, procurement, etc.)
- Manage and track IT assets
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with both the business and studio team members.

Skills and Requirements
- Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures relating to desktop and systems administration.
- Experience of installing, managing and troubleshooting Windows 7, Macintosh OSX, Office 2013/365, Photoshop, Autodesk Maya/Max, etc. Good working knowledge of client and server-based applications
- Experience working with Active Directory, DHCP Scopes, DNS, VoIP, video conferencing
- Experience with mobile device supporting including, but not limited to iOS and Android
- Understand Windows server system and Linux, with basic server administration experience
- Extremely strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Effective communication skills with employees at all levels

- 具有安装，管理和诊断Windows 7，Macintosh OSX，Office 2013/365，Photoshop，Autodesk Maya/Max等软件的经验。对客户端和服务器端应用软件有很好的了解
- 具有Active Directory，DHCP Scopes，DNS，VoIP，视频会议系统等方面的工作经验
- 具有系统设备支持的经验，包括但不限于iOS和Android
