The Analytics Platform & Delivery (APD) team is responsible for developing a strategically aligned, scalable and reliable enterprise data platform that enables timely and impactful business decision making for eBay's Marketplace community using advanced analytics solutions. We deliver analytics and BI (Business Intelligence) solutions to our business users around the world based on a Petabyte-class DW (Data Warehouse) platform supporting thousands of ETL (Extract/Load/Transform) jobs that transport billions of rows of business data on a daily basis.

Your Opportunity:

•Work with the leading technical experts in DW & BI fields

•Communicate on a frequent basis with our business user community around the world

•Use the most advanced tools to develop back-end ETL applications and front-end analytic solutions

•Conduct performance tuning and quality engineering on the world's largest massively parallel processing DW platform

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development on the world's largest DW (Data Warehouse) platform with state-of-the-art technology and architecture

Deliver end-to-end BI (Business Intelligence) solutions from business requirements analysis, data modeling, development, QA, production release and support using leading methodologies and tools

Answer some of the most complex business questions in the world based on advanced analytics in order to have an impact on our business.

Requirements :

•Strong interest in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence

•Effective communication skills in English

•Innovative and analytical mind

•Good knowledge of SQL
