• Measure ongoing business performance and understand key drivers.

• Provide technical expertise in at least one of areas: data manipulation, automation, business reporting, data mining, machine learning, pattern recognition, etc. with the help of cutting edge technologies.

• Conduct ad-hoc projects, collaborate with global teams and take part in international projects under supervisor.

• Drive innovation to impact business results.

• Advanced degree in quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, MBA, or related areas. PhD degree is a big plus.

• Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Proficiency in at least one of programming skills: SQL, Java, C#, SAS, SPSS, R, etc.

• Fluent of English is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

• Passionate to understand the internet, ecommerce, marketing and finance.

• Ability to handle multi-tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic/changing environment.

• Team player, quick learner, self-starter personality, a sense of ownership, hardworking, personal integrity, humility, humor.
