Job Objectives:
The main role for this position is to lead Quality Control function and directed report to General Manager.
Quality control managers' primary scope of responsibility involves the testing and inspection function of the organization，quality system management （ISO9001）of the organization, as well as supervision of QC Team in Workshop.

Specific Responsibilities

Knowledge & Skill
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Excellent English communication skills both in writing and oral.
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, Electronics or some related majors
4. 5+ years working experience of quality control manager in manufacturing industry.
and Very good technical knowledge/experience in AQL standard and all levels of incoming goods inspections as well as knowledge & experience of ISO9001:2000;
5. Good experience of problem solving and capable of leading QC inspection team
6. Familiar with office Software operation and CAD Personality (?)
7. Negotiation skills
8. A clear understanding/knowledge of the supply chain process

Responsibility:
9. Develop QC team and organize daily quality control work smoothly.
10. Support and push QC worker to create or update the quality relevant procedures and documents such as inspection check list.
11. Take the supplier qualification audit and annual process audit, support and push the purchasing department to improve the supplier quality level.
12. Organize regular internal/external quality problems analysis and improvement meeting to continuously improve quality leave.
13. Set up Quality Assurance, Quality Control process, ISO9001 system and company QC Standard.
14. Achieve productivity through effective implementation of Quality Control System.
15. Deal with customers’ quality complaints and resolve them in time.
16. Identify training needs for subordinates, review available training programs and schedule them for training.
17. Lead to Manage inspection programming such as incoming quality check of local sourced materials
