职位职能: 薪资福利专员/助理
职位描述:

主要工作职责：
1、 负责社保、住房公积金、个人所得税申报
2、 遵照执行公司的薪酬福利管理体系，负责薪酬福利工作的具体落实；
3、 及时准确完成每月公司员工工资表的核算编制，确保工资按月准确准时发放；
4、 每月考勤情况统计汇总；
5、 及时准确完成每月的人事报表；协助人事主管完成每年的成本预算；
6、 办公室其他相关的行政工作。

岗位要求：
1、全日制大专或以上学历；
2、两年以上薪资福利实务操作经验；
3、有500人以上薪资制作发放经验；熟练操作相关办公软件，特别是EXCEL；
4、熟悉人力资源系统，了解国家劳动人事政策法规；
5、良好的职业道德素养,仔细认真,稳重,守秘，良好的沟通和理解能力，处事灵活、有条理；
6、数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析，熟练操作相关办公软件。
