Job Summary:

Reporting to VP/Director Marketing , the job holder will be responsible for product strategy, implementation of marketing programs for the company in China (or globally) .

Responsibilities:

To identify & perform marketing segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategy and growth planning
To develop approach for commercial air-conditioning
To involve in sales planning and forecast assessment
To gather competitive intelligence (technology, price, volume…etc)
To identify key market influencers and develop relationships
To extend direct marketing programs to OEMs
To comply with regulatory requirements through HVAC associations
To identify product need and planning requirements
To coordinate promotional plan development and implementation (including Trade Shows)
To develop individual customer strategies with sales people
To manage New Program launches
To play a key role in collaborating & communicating with other teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Refrigeration or HVAC or other Engineering major, MBA is preferred
8 years working experience in Marketing with industrial/consumer durables company
Excellent China/global HVAC market knowledge and background in Commercial A/C experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge/ability
Must have a solid English and Mandarin writing and communication background
Experience with branding, co-branding a plus
High-energy and good team player
Frequent travel is required
