职位描述
- Develop and manages the marketing strategy and activities for Mid-tier segment emulsion to ensure that brand and business objective are met. Support channel exclusive product portfolio management for HDC and E-commerce.
- Lead digital team to drive i-WOM and digital media management.
- Support MM to manage A&P.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Support marketing manager to develop annual marketing strategy and plan to deliver business target for assigned segment (i.e. Dulux Mid-tier Segment, Channel exclusive range for HDC and E-commerce).
- Lead assigned segment product portfolio, NPD and pricing strategy development and ensure proper field implementation to achieve the business goal.
- Support Home Decoration Center and E-commerce channels to drive business.
- Monthly performance tracking to ensure sales performance on track and recommend corrective action plan.
Digital Management:
- Lead digital media planning and buying incl. search, vertical site investment to ensure the media efficiency.
- Drive i-WOM in social media platforms esp. through content cooperation with project teams.
- Lead brand website revamping project.
Others:
- A&P management: Support marketing manager to manage and track marketing expenditure within agreed budgets for identified segment and recommends action to correct any variance from the plan.
- Build up an efficient team by demonstrating strong leadership and excellent coaching skills.
- Bachelor degree with business related majority. Minimum of 7-8 years brand marketing background in multi-national company. Solid experience in product innovation and communication together with rich experience in digital marketing.
- Have good strategic thinking. Be creative. Strong ownership.
- Be able to take leadership and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be an effective team leader for business team.
- Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in oral and written English, and skilful in MS office.
