Position 1 :全国酒店销售经理(美资音响公司)
职务范畴:
Job Scope:
负责全国商用和酒店业务销售目标的管理和实现;商用和酒店业务的洽商和项目实施过程的跟踪管理。
Responsible for National BMS and Hospitality Products sales management and achieve the sales target; Responsible for following up and negotiation in BMS and Hospitality projects
负责全国内酒店工程项目开发、竞标、跟踪和管理工作等,最终达成全国销售目标。
Follow up Hospitality projects exploration/ bidder/tracking; finally achieve the regional sales targets.

具体的职责描述:
Job Responsibilities
贯彻和执行全国内的酒店项目专业产品销售策略和政策。完成公司专业产品在全国内下达的各项销售目标(销售额、利润率、经销商开发数量、质量等);
Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies of Hospitality projects. Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area( sales and profit, distributor quantity and quality)
发现新的业务机会,和设计师、国际酒店管理集团、开发商等建立良好合作关系,培育开发全国市场,获得项目信息;
Find new business opportunities, establish good relationship with designers, international hotel management group, developers , foster the markets and obtain project information;
市场竞争对手的信息获得,对公司专业产品在全国的销售前景进行分析,并建议应对策略;
Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential markets and propose the selling strategies.
对设计师、专家进行产品推荐,寻找和开发新项目;
Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore new projects.
参与建议并推进实施相关的广告宣传计划或各类推广活动;
Participate and propose related marketing plan and marketing activities
执行其他可能随时分配之相关的任务
Other duties as assigned.

教育背景:
Educational Qualification
学历Educational Background:大学本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above
相关专业 Relevant Major :理工类专业 Hospitality management or other related majors
经 验:
Professional Experience
8年以上销售或市场推广经验,有项目销售经验者优先。
Above 8years sales or marketing working experience, preferred with projects sales experience
有专业音响等商用产品或相关产品销售经验
With professional sound industry products sales experience or relevant
熟悉音响行业市场状况。
Familiar with sound industry market conditions

知识技能技巧
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities
英语听说读写流利,英语大学六级或以上优先
Conversant in English, both spoken and written, CET-6 passer preferred
熟练掌握Office办公软件,如PPT,Excel,Word等-
Master office software, such as, excel, word and PowerPoint
良好的销售和谈判技巧;
Good sales and negotiation skills
良好的学习能力
Good study ability
良好的沟通协调技能力;
Good communication and coordination
具备专业音响相关知识
Familiar with sound system products

Position 2: 销售代表(500强法资电气贸易公司)
Job Description
? Develop and manage customers with the industrial segment of Rexel China – you will be selling power distribution, automation, cable systems, industrial controls and much more to various industries
? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
? Understand customer requirements and recommend products, services and solutions that best satisfies the customer
? Handle all aspects of the sales – from seeking out the customer through quotations and negotiations to after sales service.
? Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
? Develop and maintain new business
? Able to work with clear sales targets and budgets
? Work together with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Profile
? 2 year technical sales background in electrical or related industry
? Sales oriented personality – able to reach established sales and margin numbers
? Able to establish good establish good and long-term relationship with customers
? Eager to be on the road to visit customers
? Able to hunt for new customers and develop new business (this is a must criteria!)
? Team player – able to work within a multinational team
? Good command of English – oral and written (CET 6 level)
