Job Responsibility:

1. Lead the benchmark measurement activities;

2. Set up vehicle targets, and balance system targets during the concept phase;

3. Coordinate vehicle integration work (NVH, Safety, Durability, etc) to fulfill the vehicle targets;

4. Plan and Coordinate vehicle design validation plan;

5. Build and follow prototype build plan based on all function needs;

6. Manage and track prototype vehicles and validation test.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Vehicle/Mechanical Engineering;

2. 3 years or above working experience in vehicle integration and testing (package, safety/NVH/general function/homologation);

3. Familiar with vehicle development process, be able to manage vehicle verification plans and evaluate vehicle performance;

4. Experienced in vehicle functional integration development (package, safety/NVH/general function/homologation), benchmarking, target setting, knowledge in vehicle geometry integration;

5. Fluent English in both written and oral;

6. Good communication skills, and team spirit;

7. Driving license required.
