Job Responsibility:
The Lead Integration Engineer will be part of a team responsible for full vehicle development & integration. This position primarily requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level activities including:
* Work closely with other program integration team members to ensure that solutions are balanced for all areas of vehicle performance, including safety, NVH, and manufacturability
* Perform frequent and thorough project health checks, and participate in program milestone reviews
* Provide timely performance status updates to the management team & customers.
* Travel as necessary to support individual projects
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above, Vehicle/Mechanical Engineering MSc preferred
2. 3 years (above) work experience in vehicle integration and testing preferably at an OEM
3. Strong project management skills
4. Working knowledge of safety, NVH, component and vehicle testing
5. Ability to understand high level project plans, and break down to detailed activities
6. Good organisational skills, and competence in MS Office
7.Strong oral and written communication skills in English
