岗位职责：
1、监督广告制作中，木结构道具生产过程,制定生产计划
2、确保生产成本效益
3、确保产品生产时间和高品质
4、确保所需的人力和物质资源
5、制定时间表
6、预估成本和制定质量标准
7、监控生产流程并根据需要调整时间表
8、负责设备的选择和维护
9、监控产品标准和实施质量控制计划
10、不同部门之间的联络,如供应商、经理
11、协助经理执行公司的政策和目标
12、确保以健康、安全为指导方针
13、监督和激励的团队人员
14、审查工作性能

职位要求：
1、木结构制作、家具相关专业，中专以上学历，；
2、可基本英语交流；
3、熟练使用相应办公软，如CAD、 Word、,Excel,、PowerPoint、,MS project等；
3、有较强的商业敏感度及优秀的沟通能力；
4、对数字敏感且有较强分析能力；
5、有一定管理技能，激发团队工作热情，注重团队合作。

A）Main duties
1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
2. Ensuring that the production is cost effective
3. Making sure that products are produced on time and in a good quality
4. Working out the human and material resources needed
5. Drafting a timescale for the job
6. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
7. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
8. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
9. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmes
10. Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
11. Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
12. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
13. Supervising and motivating a team of workers
14. Reviewing worker performance
15. Identifying training needs
