Job Description.
1.The operations manager is responsible for managing the demand forecast from planning throughout to the order fulfillment and execution in the entire product lifecycle.
2.He/she needs align with company strategy, interface with customer & internal relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company revenue goal are met.

Required Experiences & Knowledge
1. 6~8+ year experience in this operation program manager field
2. IT/Networking/customer devices/products industry is preferred
3. Strong EQ and communication skills
4. Good command in written, reading, listening and spoken English
5. Aggressive attitude demonstrated
6. Excellent ability & experience in leading a team (at least group of 5 persons)
7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without top-down authorization.
8. Bachelor degree and or above.
