Job description:

Responsible of Account Management and Operation Management for assigned customer accounts
负责指定大客户的跟进和维护工作

Business Development and other tasks assigned to assist in company’s sales effort and new client contacts
开拓新客户，协助公司负责大客户的跟单追踪

Liaison with clients and suppliers
与客户与供应商保持良好关系

On-site operation management
现场运营管理

Regular reporting of activities
定期对市场活动与销售情况做分析报告

Location in Shanghai, subject to temporary relocations (Shenzhen area) according to needs
在上海办公，偶尔出差深圳


Requirements:

2-5 year experience in logistics related company in China, preferably in customer service or account management
2-5年物流相关工作经验，有客户服务与客户管理的经验优先

Excellent written and speaking communication in Chinese and English is a must. Spanish is advantageous
英语听说读写流利，会西班牙语优先

IT literate, experience with WMS preferable
IT相关背景，会操作WMS优先

Team player, “Can do” attitude
具有团队精神，吃苦耐劳

Results oriented and able to work under pressure
