岗位职责：

1、负责组织产品开发、生产中的异常问题的分析、改进活动；

2、负责对检验标准的制定、修改、定期评审，检查标准执行状况、有效性；

3、负责公司内部人员的质量培训；

4、负责对供应商进行质量能力和管理能力的审核，对供应商进行评估并跟踪改进情况

5、负责供应商产品质量的考核工作，编制并定期提供质量考核报告

6、负责处理新产品和批量产品的实物质量问题，并跟踪改进情况

7、负责供应链质量管理,批量生产供应商/新供应商的质量能力提升（包括体系、过程、工艺、产品等）

8、配合其他同事完成其他临时任务和工作

Job description

1. Responsible for the product development, production of abnormal problem analysis and improvement activities;

2. Responsible for create inspection standards, modification, regular review, check the execute status and effectiveness of inspection standards;

3. Responsible for the company's internal personnel's quality training;

4. Audit supplier’s quality and management ability, evaluate the supplier and follow up the improvement

5. Responsible for supplier assessment of the quality of products, and provide regular quality assessment reports

6. Responsible for handling the new product and material batch product quality problem, and tracking improvement

7. Responsible for supply chain quality management, batch production suppliers/new supplier quality improvement (including system, procedure, process, product, etc.)

8. Coordinate with other colleagues to complete other temporary tasks and work.

职位要求

1、机械/机电一体化大专以上学历；3年以上机电产品质量管理岗位工作经验；

2、熟悉ISO9001和ISO14001体系在制造企业的推广，能够按照体系要求对供应商进行审核；

3、了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；

4、英语良好，熟练使用办公软件；

5、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；良好的团队协作精神

6、有龙头行业质量工作经验者优先
