职位描述
Role:
This position is responsible for the management of accounting activities on a branch basis, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job cost, petty cash disbursement, and tax issues and legal issues and other finance related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Review payment, purchase requisition and capital assets requisition forms, update fixed assets application list. Perform cost control.
- Communicate with finance personnel from other entity of the group, responsible for inter-company funding and charges.
- Maintain payment system and other Accounting System, review and post daily accounting records.
- Update chart of accounts, department code and other necessary information.
- Review and analyze weekly cash flow, seek for funding if necessary.
- Review invoice application forms, sales by customer reports and A/R aging report. Perform credit control.
Prepare expense report bi-weekly, and update corporate projections. Provide sales revenue and cost report by project. - Conduct monthly closing. Review first closing reports and prepare adjustment entries including accruals and amortization.
- Provide monthly financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Trial Balance in both internal format and PRC form.
- Assist with annual audit.
- Work actively with Customer Service and Operations to assure the effective communication of all costs, technical, competitive and strategic issues on quotations. Improve relevant operating procedures.
- Prepare other reports for management as required.
- Responsible for annual local tax inspection, keep good acquaintance with local tax bureau and other government departments.
- Prepare and present annual and semi-annual performance reviews for all accounting personnel.
- Perform other work as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area;
- Proven ability to plan and organize all accounting-related issues.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels and promote a positive working environment.
- Bilingual in Chinese/English with ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Minimum of 5 years successful Accounting experience,including at least 2 years experience in Management level.Experience in Big 4 or MNC will be preferred.
- Experience utilizing P.C. application software; Windows, Word Perfect, Excel, Act.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, including via telephone, and in written form, on an individual face to face basis and in group settings.
- Ability to view, read and comprehend a variety of reports, manuals, computer screen and other written materials.
- Physical dexterity/mobility to perform all clerical functions inherent to the position.
