岗位职责：
1. 能够建立标准化的流程，对项目进行标准化流程的操作
2. 根据客户需求为客户提供财务、税务、会计、内审等咨询建议，形成咨询方案、报告、规划建议等；
3. 跟踪客户的应收账款
4. 协助公司进行业务外包项目的开发，进行同行业分析
5. 对于新客户前期业务的跟踪，提供解决方案

岗位要求：
1. 3年以上的财务工作经验，财务类专业本科出身
2. 有财务流程外包经验
3. 英语口语和读写能力流利
4. 思路清晰，能够良好的和客户进行沟通。工作认真，仔细，善于领导团队。
5. 熟练使用电脑及办公软件，具有良好的逻辑分析及判断能力、较强的处事和沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力。

We are an international financial and business consulting firm with offices in St Louis, Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Our services cover business process consulting, Sarbanes Oxley S404 advisory, corporate governance advisory, internal controls review, merger and acquisition advisory, PRC and international auditing, taxation advisory, China entry advisory, accounting / controller outsourcing, etc.

Our experienced consultants come from USA, France, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia and China. They have substantial experience in business process consulting, financial management, accounting, auditing and PRC/Hong Kong taxation. Most of our consultants are qualified CPAs / CIA and worked for “big 4” accounting firms or MNC before they joined the Firm. Currently, we have more than 20 professionals in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Paris and USA.
