Duty, responsability and competence:
- Sourcing based on development projects in CRS (Child restraint system) segment, stroller segment, accessories segment
- Benchmarking of existing products and suppliers
- Supplier preselection and evaluation
- Delivery updates and production planning with supplier
- Inventory monitoring issues
- Monitoring sub suppliers documents (delivery bills mainly fabrics)
- Spot checking raw materials acc to part lists
- Monitoring of documents need to be handed over from supplier to Germany such as supplier master data sheets, quality assurance, tooling contracts, checking instructions and also checking reports.
- Translations if needed
- Monitoring the conditions of the tools which belongs to the Kiddy Company
- Assistance for compliance testing
- Auditing new and current suppliers
- Handling of quality issues including Complaint management and follow up
- General monitoring of ongoing projects at the supplier
- Cost down projects between Kiddy Germany and suppliers, parts, processes and logistics

Prerequisite:
- Some years of experience in a similar environment
- Technical know-how
- Working self-motivatedly and proactively in a small team
- Good English written and spoken
