职位描述
Main Objectives
Actively driving and managing the sales and project management process for China customers with good skills in technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in close cooperation with the ZF sales/engineering team in the HQ in Germany as the key technical advisor and product advocate for complex automated test equipment and drive systems.
Key responsibilities
Relationship building, new customer development, regular customer care and contact.
Sales and project management for ZF Test Systems:
Responsibility for development and delivery of product demonstrations
Responsibility for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Ability to respond to and understand functional and technical elements of RFQ´s, quotations and specifications
Ability to convey customer requirements to overseas product management and teams
Customer and market analysis, analysis of factors influencing the business environment.
Internal and External Contact
External Testing, production and R&D departments in industries such as
? Automotive industry (passenger car, truck and bus OEM)
? Off-Highway vehicle industry (construction machinery, agricultural machinery, material handling etc.)
? Tire manufacturers
? Wind power transmission manufacturersamong others
Relevant associations and organizations
Internal Sales & Engineering team for ZF Test Systems in HQ in Passau / Germany
Basic Requirements
Working experience Min. 8 years in Sales and Project Management at oversea test system and/ or assembly line suppliers
Education Engineering degree in electrical engineering, plant equipment construction or mechatronics
English Fluent
German Preferable (not mandatory)
Computer MS office programs
Qualification Experienced in soft- and hardware for electric drive systems and sensor applications. Understanding of automation, PLC controls, hydraulics and pneumatics; mechanical knowledge.
Professional skills and abilities
Active in communication, building of internal and external network
Willingness for business travel within China and to Germany
Ability to work under little supervision.
Reliability of task completion and follow-up of pending issues.
Special Requirements
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales for automation and drives and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFQs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
