汇报: Project Director / Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager
Summary:
- Responsible & supervising for overall cost and contracts, procurement process of project control;
- Preparation of project budget, cost plan financial report, procurement & sub-letting planning and management;
- Contract administration and dispute resolution;
- Preparation in specification and tender document;
- Ensure all contract terms and conditions are fully in compliance with local statutory requirements;
- Ensure local health and safety codes are complied with various government authorities
- Risk assessment and management for all tenders and projects cost;
职责:
- Pre & post contract administration duties for wide variety of projects including contract & procurement (consultancy services, construction works & materials purchases),cost control and claim resolution;
- Assigned functional duties, including standardize contract documentation, practice notes, bulk purchase of building materials, up keeping of cost data, and master tenderer lists, preparation of bills of quantities, administration of insurance matters, etc.
- Formulate, review and update of the overall project budget and cost plan, manage the procurement of contract packages and consultant services contracts;
- Control and manage the tendering process for the award of works packages & consultant service agreements;
- Provide cost advice and cost planning including estimate, financial feasibility and comparative design studies, cost-in-use studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections and profit/loss forecasts, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period;
- Contract services including all post-contract services, claims, payment, financial report, final account and attending project meetings.
- Any other duties to be assigned by superiors.
要求:
- Bachelor degree or above in QS with relevant discipline in building service;
- Minimum 8+ years or above working experience in the related property industry;
- Equipped with all necessary related professional qualification;
- Well versed in project products, systems, processes, tools with best practices;
- Familiar with project cost, market prices of materials and equipment;
- Capable to work independently & able to provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner;
- Effective communication, analytical, excellent team player and leadership with strong interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Chinese & Basic English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in all general computer operation and software application
