Linux Specialist
This position will be responsible for configuring and administering server infrastructure (e.g., Hardware, Operating Systems) in support of on-going operations and projects, as well as embeded (ARM) linux packaging and customization. Ideal candidates will be strongly motivated and works well in an informal egoless start-up environment, capable of using the latest tools and methodologies to meet business needs. Attention to detail and initiative are key requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Linux servers installation, configuration, and management
？ Linux embeded system customization, packaging and deploying
？ System incident and recovery planning
？ Monitor server performance, network and system security, and ensure the services running well
？ Deploy fully automated build / package / verify / push cycles for the server side components.
？ Work closely with the Developers and QA to ensure efficiency on product releases.
？ Maintain flexibility to assist with special projects, as needed


QUALIFICATIONS
The basic skills
? Familiar with server side applications (such as lighttp, Nginx, NodeJS, MongoDB, memcache, redis) configuring / tweaking / maintaining.
? Familiar with at least one of these virtualization technologies: OpenVZ, Xen, KVM, VMWare, Virtual box.
? Good knowledge of release engineering tools and processes.
? Strong Problem Solving Skills in Linux environment.
? Scripting in Bash, Python or JavaScript, regular expressions.
? English level six or above, fluent in listening, say, read, write is great.

Preferred Skills
? Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, load-balancers, DNS and caching.
? Developing monitoring infrastructure for applications monitoring.
? Related experience in developing capacity planning and bench marking infrastructure is better.
? Performance Tuning (Linux, Networking, Web).
? Prior System Administration and Web Administration Experience will a plus.
? BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
? Have a passion for the Linux and open source business, academic and aspirant

? 在Linux环境中有较强解决问题的技能。
? 使用Bash, Python or JavaScript进行脚本撰写正规表达式。
? 英语六级以上，具备熟练的听、说、读、写能力。


具备下列条件者优先考虑：
? 熟悉TCP / IP网络、负载均衡、DNS和缓存。
? 掌握开发监测基础设施应用监测技能。
? 在开发容量规划和基准标记基础设施有相关工作经验更好。
? 掌握性能调优（Linux，Networking，Web）。
? 有一定的系统管理和网络管理经验者将优先考虑。
? 计算机科学本科/硕士学位或同等学历。
? 对于Linux及开源事业有激情，好学上进。
