Job responsibilities
岗位职责：

销售顾问完成以下工作

1、向客户介绍和演示公司的产品和服务，解决客户的疑问和问题；

2、按照销售流程，执行客户的接待、参观讲解、交流、解决方案定制、异议解答和排除；

3、不断推动客户阶段的晋升：跟进、维护、异议排除、解决方案谈判；

4、对产品和客户进行研究，包括赴美生子专业知识研究、竞品研究、客户需求研究；

5、按时汇总销售表单、客户信息和需求表单，总结和归纳客户的痛点、难点问题；

6、 通过网络建立自己的身份，扩张网络客户关系；

7、与客户签订协议、合同，催促收款，完成公司下达的销售额指标


Qualification
任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，专业不限, 有销售经验优先考虑

2、有3年以上的销售工作经验。

3、 有着怀孕、育儿、坐月子等经验和知识优先考虑；

4、 外向型性格、具有亲和力、喜欢与人沟通、喜欢帮助别人解决问题、能够敏锐察觉客户的信号；

薪酬福利

1、薪酬采用目标年薪提成制，薪酬构成为基本工资+绩效工资+年度奖金+客户提成+指标达成奖；

2、薪酬预估：完成指标每年薪酬约12万，不封顶。

     二十世纪八十年代，一对台湾夫妇被外派到美国洛杉矶开展业务，在美期间产下一孩，具有美国公民身份的宝

宝。不少亲戚朋友得知后，便纷纷要求这对台湾夫妇帮助她们到美产子。于是，这对台湾夫妇便开始了在美国为来自

台湾的准妈妈们提供赴美生子的服务，并以其妻子的名字陈美福命名“美福嘉儿”，美福嘉儿由此诞生。起初的服务

对象是亲戚朋友，提供的服务当然不能马虎、更胜当年他们的经历，于是服务品质广为传颂，一传十十传百，一个偶
