总经理助理
岗位职责
1、协助分管领导开展公司行政管理工作，确保公司日常经营管理工作有序推进。
2、主持办公室日常行政管理，规范公司内部各项工作流程与制度。
3、负责组织编制和实施人力资源规划，为公司经营活动提供保持。
4、负责起草和整理公司对内对外重要文件，并负责文件及会议精神的执行和落实。
5、负责公司各项规章制度的制订、完善与执行、监督工作。
6、负责公司会议会务安排、内外宣传工作的开展。
7、负责公司法律事务、文书及商务档案的管理。
8、负责公司公关外联工作，与相关单位、部门建立并维护良好关系，协助公司领导开展外部政府公共关系的处理、协调与沟通，协助处理意外突发事件。
9、负责根据公司整体规划，办理公司项目业务等各项手续，例如：公司业务所需的各种证照申请、维护等，并予以跟踪实施。
任职资格
1、男女不限、38岁以下。
2、本科以上学历，法律、企业管理、中文、新闻传播、英文等相关专业优先。具有企业行政管理、人力资源管理、法律等专业知识，有较高的中英文写作能力与水平，能熟练使用各种办公软件。
3、三年以上中小型企业办公室负责人或行政人事负责人相关工作经验，熟悉企业行政管理和公共关系管理知识，全面了解企业内部工作及业务流程，熟悉国家和地方有关政策法规，全面掌握人力资源管理知识。
4、有良好的职业道德与素质，能承受较大的工作压力与挑战，具备较好的沟通能力与协调能力，有较强的逻辑处理分析能力。
5、了解与政府部门沟通联系的渠道，有良好的外联工作能力。
6、了解国际货运代理行业或IT电商行业专业规范、知识、国家和地方相关政策法规，从事过相关工作经历者优先。
7、持有驾驶执照者、英语流利者优先。
